Most AI regulation is exactly that: regulation. The EU AI Act, the DSG, ISO 42001 are legal and organizational frameworks. My LL.M. from the University of Zurich (Magna Cum Laude) means I don't need to translate legal language. It's where I started.
Ten years across complex organizations
Banking under FINMA oversight. Digital venture building for Swiss corporates. Operations and transformation consulting across industries. Three very different environments, one constant: real governance challenges with real consequences. I've managed risk, led change, and stayed until things worked.
Hands-on with AI
I build AI tools for my business, my clients, and my family's weekly grocery run. I automate workflows, prototype applications, and ship things that work. Governance is better when you actually understand what you're governing.
